In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders(s) and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
1. Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving only if the packs are sealed, not opened or damaged in any way.
2. NUTTYZ FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed time.
3. In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged or missing, you must email us an unboxing video right from opening the outer carton till we see the products, picture of the damaged or missing product with the Bar Code, within 48 hours of receiving your order.
4. Upon authorization of returns, we will offer you an exchange or refund. You could choose to get a full refund in on your original mode of payment used in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable (Depends on the location).
5. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded. Refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the products back.
