    An order may be cancelled by us in the following cases:
    • If the buyer does not receive delivery within 15 days due to our failure to ship the product(s).
    • If the shipping location is not serviceable by our partner courier companies.
    • If the order contains customized products, such orders cannot be cancelled once delivered.
