At Nuttyz Foods Private Limited, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering premium quality products. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy
- All products purchased from NuttyFood.shop are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- However, in exceptional cases where the client is not satisfied with the quality of the product, a replacement or refund may be considered as outlined below.
2. Quality Concerns & Replacement
- If you are dissatisfied with the quality, you must arrange to send the product back to us at your own cost.
- Upon inspection, if the claim is found to be genuine, a replacement will be issued.
- Quantity Adjustment:
- If the weight deviation is within 10 grams, the full quantity will be replaced at the current selling price.
- If the deviation is more than 10 grams, replacement will be made based on the actual quantity received, calculated at current prices.
- For payments made via credit card, refunds will be processed back to the original card used at the time of purchase.
- For payments made via other payment gateways, refunds will be credited to the same account.
3. Refund Requests & Cancellation Charges
- Refund requests will be considered only after deduction of ₹ [insert amount] as standard cancellation charges.
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
- Once an order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the specific cases mentioned above.
4. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable
Refund requests will not be entertained under the following circumstances:
a. For damaged products (these will be handled under our Exchange Policy).
b. If the customer provides incorrect or insufficient address or contact details.
c. If the recipient is unavailable at the given delivery address.
d. If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery.
e. If the product is delivered to the address/person specified by the customer, other than the customer directly.
f. Situations arising due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns).
g. If the product has been tampered with or altered by the customer after delivery.
