1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
    • The packs are sealed, unopened, and undamaged.
    • The product has not been tampered with in any way.

2. Return Authorization

  • Customers must submit a return request to our team for approval.
  • Once the request is received and approved, we will coordinate a return pickup at a mutually agreed time.

3. Damaged or Missing Products

  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with missing items, you must:
    • Email us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
    • Share an unboxing video (recorded from the moment the outer carton is opened until all products are visible).
    • Provide pictures of the damaged or missing product, clearly showing the Bar Code.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once your return is authorized, you may choose between:
    • Exchange: Replacement of the product.
    • Refund: Processed to your original mode of payment.
  • Please note: Return shipping charges and a restocking fee may apply, depending on your location.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Products that are damaged, defective, or sent in error will be fully refunded, with no deductions.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the returned products.
  • Our goal is to process all returns within one (1) week of receipt.
